Queer Connections
Do you want to connect with other LGBTQ+ people, and with yourself?
Whether you want every day wellbeing tools, a boost to your self-care, a chance to meet new folk or simply a space to feel connected, this group is for you.
Each month we’ll try out an activity like mindfulness, meditation, or exploring simple stress management tools. There’ll always be time for a cuppa and a chat. Since we’re right next to Leith Links, we’ll sometimes head outdoors for a gentle walk in nature.
We’re also hoping to bring in some brilliant community partners to offer free taster sessions like shiatsu, breathwork, and more.
Upcoming sessions programme
- Wednesday 6th May, 2-3.30pm: Walk and Chat
- Wednesday 20th May, 2-4pm: Shiatsu Workshop
- Wednesday 17th June, 2-4pm: Pride Badge Making
Help shape the group
This is a new group, and you’ll help shape it from day one.
- What do you want from a wellbeing group?
- What would support you?
- What would help you feel more grounded or connected?
Tell us and we’ll come together to make it happen.
