At LGBT Health and Wellbeing, we welcome all feedback. Hearing from the people we support helps us learn, improve and make our services better for everyone. If something hasn’t worked for you, or you feel we could have done something differently, we want to know. Our Complaints Policy explains how you can raise a concern, what you can expect from us when you do, and how we use feedback to learn and strengthen our services. We take all complaints seriously and handle them sensitively and fairly.
