One-to-one support, counselling and group activities delivered by a team who understands LGBTQ+ identities and experiences.
One-to-one support sessions
A flexible space to talk about anything affecting your wellbeing.
Sessions can help with:
- anxiety, stress or low mood
- identity, or coming out
- loneliness, or isolation
- relationships, or family issues
- discrimination, or prejudice
- anything you’d like support with
Cost: free.

Counselling
If you want a more structured therapeutic space, you can access counselling with trained LGBTQ+ affirming counsellors.
Cost: donation.
Where: online or in-person in Edinburgh and Glasgow.

Activities include:
- creative sessions

Is your support for me?
Our support is for anyone 16+ who is LGBTQ+*.
Whether you’re out, not sure, exploring or don’t use any particular labels, we welcome you as you are.
You also don’t need a diagnosis, a referral or to be in crisis to access our support.
*We welcome the entire diversity of the LGBTQ+ community including lesbian, gay, bi+, trans, non-binary, intersex, ace people and all identities under the LGBTQIA+ umbrella.
