LGBTQ+ mental health support

One-to-one support, counselling and group activities delivered by a team who understands LGBTQ+ identities and experiences.

One-to-one support sessions

A flexible space to talk about anything affecting your wellbeing.

Sessions can help with:

  • anxiety, stress or low mood
  • identity, or coming out
  • loneliness, or isolation
  • relationships, or family issues
  • discrimination, or prejudice
  • anything you’d like support with

Cost: free.

Where: email, phone, online, or in-person in Glasgow or Edinburgh.

How to start: email or phone your local support worker.

Counselling

If you want a more structured therapeutic space, you can access counselling with trained LGBTQ+ affirming counsellors.

Cost: donation.

Where: online or in-person in Edinburgh and Glasgow.

Group activities

Community‑based activities that support wellbeing through connection.

Activities include:

  • creative sessions
  • wellbeing workshops
  • low‑pressure social groups

Cost: free.
