Somewhere: For Us – celebrating LGBQ+ art, culture, heritage and enterprise
Somewhere: For Us is a vibrant, quarterly LGBTQ+ culture magazine that highlights the creative voices of LGBTQ+ individuals. The magazine focuses on arts, culture, heritage, and enterprise, offering a window into the dynamic world of LGBTQ+ creators in Scotland and beyond. Each issue features artwork, stories, and ideas from around the globe, all crafted by members of the LGBTQ+ community. It’s not just a publication; it’s a platform that champions visibility and inclusion.
Empowering the LGBTQ+ community
Through the innovative Pay it Forward Scheme, Somewhere: For Us ensures that the LGBTQ+ culture magazine reaches those who need it most. A portion of each issue is purchased through the scheme and donated to LGBTQ+ charities in Scotland, like LGBT Health and Wellbeing. These copies are then distributed to members of the community who may be facing financial barriers. In this way, the magazine ensures that everyone can access important cultural and artistic content.
