Statutory Declaration Drop In
Ready to make your name change official? Or applying for your GRC and need a gender statutory declaration?
Come along to our free, friendly drop-in with a Solicitor & Notary Public who generously volunteers her time to authorise these statutory declarations. This is in Glasgow – you will receive venue details and other information after registration.
Name change – once you have registered, we will email you the statutory declaration template to complete in advance, and we can print it out for you on the day. You will receive some certified copies too.
GRC gender statutory declaration – if you are applying for your Gender Recognition Certificate, you will need a gender statutory declaration as part of your application. Please note, these need to be dated within 6 months of your application, so it’s worth having everything else ready to submit before you get this.
This space is for all trans and nonbinary people aged 16+.
We welcome all trans identities including trans female/feminine, trans male/masculine, genderqueer, and nonbinary identities, as well as intersex people, and people who cross-dress.
We also welcome people with trans history or who are exploring their gender identity.
Spaces are limited, so please register in advance via Eventbrite.
Each registration is for one person.
You’ll receive a confirmation email.
