Shiatsu Sessions
We’re delighted to be partnering with the Edinburgh Shiatsu Hub to offer free Shiatsu sessions for LGBTQ+ people aged 60+.
Shiatsu is a gentle, hands-on complementary therapy that originated in Japan. Using comfortable pressure, stretches and movement, Shiatsu aims to support relaxation, reduce stress, ease tension, and promote a sense of balance and wellbeing. Sessions are tailored to the individual and take place fully clothed in a safe, welcoming environment.
Thanks to this partnership, each participant will be offered two free Shiatsu sessions with a qualified practitioner.
