Pride Breakfast
LGBT Health and Wellbeing proudly present this event in partnership with Dynamic Earth. We warmly welcome you for an accessible gathering on the morning of Pride in Edinburgh.
Together we take a zero tolerance approach when creating safer spaces for our community. This means we won’t tolerate racism, bi+phobia, transphobia, homophobia, sexism, ageism, ableism or any form of discrimination.
We know not everyone is able to participate in the march on the day but YOU still BELONG at Pride! We hope you you can feel part of Pride however feels right and accessible for you.
- Trans inclusive and affirmative space
- A space where you are queer enough and allies are welcome to support in solidarity
- All ages welcome
- ‘Celebrate our LGBTQ+ Elders’ seating area
- Seating and room to roam (indoors and outside on terrace weather permitting)
- Come early for breakfast while stocks last, with hot drinks throughout the event
- Climate craft activities to nurture ourselves, our community and our planet!
- Safer space to connect, have fun, get ready for the day
- 10:00 – Doors open, climate crafts and activities begin, breakfast served (while stocks last)
- 11:00 – Welcome and short speeches
- 11.15 – Activities continue
- 11.45 – Ivy Big Band Performs
- 12:30 – Event ends, assemble at Parliament for march
Tickets are free to Pride Breakfast, however a donation would help us meet the costs of this event and do more for our community . We ask you to register for tickets so that we know how many people to expect on the day and we have added a DONATION OPTION when you register.

- LGBT Health and Wellbeing will host a ‘Rest Stop’ for those who would like to watch or take a break from the march together at 123 High Street outside our friends at Sockapus. Come and say hi!
We will have a photographer taking pictures at the event, for LGBT Health to use publicly on our socials and website. If you do not wish to be photographed we will respect your wishes. Please feel welcome to use our ‘No Photos’ badges and stickers available at the welcome desk.
Anyone from the LGBTQ+ community, including our allies, is welcome to join us.
We welcome the entire diversity of the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBTQ+) community including non-binary, queer, intersex, asexual people and all identities under the LGBTQIA+ umbrella. This includes those who are questioning or exploring their sexual orientation or gender identity.
The event is family-friendly and welcomes all ages.
Booking is limited and essential.

We are expecting the event to be fully subscribed so if your availability changes please cancel your space on Eventbrite or by contacting jules@lgbthealth.org.uk to allow somebody else to use the space.

Price Breakfast is hosted at Dynamic Earth.
There will be staff/volunteers there to greet you at the main entrance, and to direct you to our event.
If you find you arrive later than expected, you are still very welcome to join! The event will close at 12.30pm. People who wish to march are welcome to make their way to the congregation point outside the Scottish Parliament, just a short distance from Dynamic Earth.
FREE Parking available via booking
If you need to attend by car, we can support you to park at the Dynamic Earth carpark for FREE. Please make a note on the access requirements when you book or email jules@lgbthealth.org.uk and you can collect your parking pass from Jules on the day.

Dynamic Earth is fully wheelchair accessible with ramp access on the right handside of the building.
