Nurturing Wellbeing
Overview
This session will explore self-care tools and strategies for trans and nonbinary folks, including rest, creativity and somatic exercises. Together we will learn ways to support ourselves and each other in an affirming and gentle space.
This session will be run by our Mental Wellbeing Development Worker, Andrew (he/him) and our Counselling Coordinator, Sophie (they/them).
