Cultivating Wellbeing
Join us for Cultivating Wellbeing at the Hidden Gardens in Glasgow.
Guided by an experienced facilitator, participants are invited to slow down and reconnect with nature through simple, sensory practices which tune into sound, scent, and touch. These shared experiences create space to feel more grounded while gently exploring the ways green spaces can support both body and mind.
Participants will come away with easy, practical techniques which can be woven into everyday life to support your health and sense of connection.
Natural refreshments will be provided during the session.
