Overview
A monthly mental wellbeing group for LGBTQ+ people (16+) in Glasgow.
Join us for an interactive session on queer mental health and wellbeing. In our sessions we will chat, do activities and explore tools for navigating the challenges faced by LGBT+ communities together.
Whether you’re seeking coping strategies, wanting to deepen your self-understanding, or just need to be with people with similar experiences, this space is for you.

The group is for LGBTQ+ people aged 16+.
This includes lesbian, gay, bi, trans, non‑binary, queer, intersex, asexual people and all identities under the LGBTQIA+ umbrella.
You’re also welcome if you’re exploring or don’t use labels.
Spaces are limited, so please register in advance via Eventbrite.
Each registration is for one person.
You’ll receive a confirmation email.

LGBT Health and Wellbeing in Glasgow, which is now based at 14 N Claremont Street. The venue is accessible, with ground floor access, lift and accessible toilets.
All LGBT Health and Wellbeing’s groups are delivered under a safer spaces commitment that we ask everyone to follow (this includes attendees, our staff and volunteers).
