Trans and non-binary support

One-to-one support and group activities delivered by a team who understands trans and non-binary identities and experiences.

One-to-one support sessions

A flexible space to talk about anything relating to gender identity or transitioning.

Sessions can help with:

  • anxiety, stress or low mood
  • transitioning or coming out
  • transition admin (name change, Gender Recognition Certificates)
  • gender-affirming healthcare or medical transition
  • relationships or sexual health
  • transphobia, or discrimination
  • equality and rights
  • harm reduction (DIY hormones)
  • anything you’d like support with

Cost: free.

Where: email, phone, online, or in-person in Glasgow or Edinburgh.

How to start: complete a referral form online.

Group activities

Community spaces where trans and non-binary people can connect and just be themselves.

Activities include:

  • relaxed social meetups
  • regular community groups (run by volunteers)
  • confidence building workshops and courses

Cost: free.

Where: online or in-person in Edinburgh and Glasgow.
