Work with us
Join us on our journey to build a Scotland where all LGBTQ+ thrive, no matter who we are.
People bring our vision to life
Our work is only possible because of the people behind it. We’re proud of our community of 20+ staff and 150+ volunteers who bring passion, care, and commitment to their work every day. Together, they help us create safe spaces for LGBTQ+ people across Scotland, and make real change happen.
If you share our values of equality, diversity, inclusivity, and collaboration, this is a great place to be. We are a queer‑led organisation built on lived experience, shared resilience, and the belief that everyone deserves to thrive. Here, your ideas matter, your identity is respected, and you’re celebrated for who you are.
Your work will directly support LGBTQ+ people and help build safer, more joyful, and more connected communities for us all.
