Here\, you can share experiences\, learn from peers\, and find solidarity. \n  \nCaring often means our own needs get pushed aside. This group gives you time to pause\, reflect\, and explore what you need to stay well. \n  \nTogether\, we’ll choose topics that matter to you. These may include caregiving\, mental health\, boundaries\, and self-care. \n  \nWe work in partnership with VOCAL\, a carers charity\, and can connect you with practical support around money\, benefits\, your legal rights\, short breaks and more. \n  \nJoin us to explore the unique experiences of LGBTQ+ carers and to build a strong caring community for each other.
