DESCRIPTION:This Coming Out course takes place in Glasgow over two evenings (Thur 19th March and Thur 16th April). It’s fine to come to both evenings\, or just one or the other. \n  \nCome out or just be out? What’s with all the eggs? There’s loads to consider\, so this course\, split over two evenings\, is designed to be a relaxed\, safer space to delve into the pros and cons and various options; chat with others about over what to say to friends and family etc. \n  \nThis second evening will focus on coming out to kids in your life; learning about coming out at work; as well as being ready for all kinds of responses; sharing experiences; looking at helpful resources; getting prepared etc! \n  \nRefreshments provided! DESCRIPTION:Trans Masculine Scotland meets every last Saturday of the month (1-3pm). \n  \nYou can email us at tmsglasgow1@gmail.com or phone LGBT Health and Wellbeing’s admin phone 0131 564 3970 and leave a message us. We volunteer in our own time so there might be a delay in getting back to you. \n  \nApril meetup \nThe Adelphi Centre has now closed\, please do not attend there. \nThis month’s meetup will be a walk around Strathclyde Park and we will follow the lochside walking route. \nMeet us at the western gate of the Watersports Centre (What Three Words location: deputy.guards.poster). We will be setting off at 13:00 so we recommend showing up between 12:50 and 13:00. \nPlease note that this is a 6km (3.75 miles) route expected to take 2 hours to complete. The walk will be over flat tarmac the whole way with some small hills on the north eastern side of the loch. \nNo prior booking is required. Bring some water and snacks if you want/need to. Feel free to email us for any further information. \n  \nWe also have a Edinburgh that meets every 1st Saturday of the month (3-5pm) at LGBT Health and Wellbeing.
