Lothian Transgender Support Programme

The Lothian Transgender Support programme provides a range of supports promoting health and wellbeing for trans people living in and travelling to Lothian. The programme is staffed by Development Workers Jules Stapleton Barnes and George Burrows.

This Lothian based service includes:

  • 1:1 Information and Support

  • Confidence Building Workshops

  • Monthly T time social events (see below for details)

  • Supporting Transition Courses

  • Distribution of T Monthly - a monthly trans-specific newsletter

T time Glasgow

1st Saturday of the month, 1-4pm, Albany Centre, 44 Ashley Street, Glasgow G3 6DS .

This is a monthly drop-in social event in Glasgow for the transgender community.  We are thrilled to be launching this fun, safe and sociable setting for the transgender community to meet friends, find out about information and support for trans people and enjoy fun and informative activities.

 

T time Edinburgh

3rd Saturday of the month, 1-4pm, LGBT Health and Wellbeing, 9 Howe Street, EH3 6TE .

This is a monthly drop-in social event in Edinburgh for the transgender community.  This is also a fun, safe and sociable setting for the transgender community to meet friends, find out about information and support for trans people and enjoy fun and informative activities.
