Remember, if you are currently involved in running a group, or you are thinking about setting one up, we want to help you make your group a success!
Staff can help you in a number of ways including advertising and promotion of your group, providing a meeting space, storage facilities, a contact point and mailing address.
Tell over 1500 people in Edinburgh & the Lothians about your group simply by sending us your details to include in Village Voices. We will also include your details on our web-based directory of community groups.
CODA
Co-Dependents Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women whose common purpose is to develop healthy relationships. They use the 12-Steps as a guide to developing honest and fulfilling relationships with themselves and others. Meet weekly on Saturday 5-6.30pm. For further information please contact the Centre.
Bi Edinburgh
Bi Edinburgh is a monthly space for bisexuals and those questioning their sexuality. Meets third Wednesday of each month 8-9.30pm for informal discussion followed by drinks. Tel/text: 07963 960 321. Edinburgh Gay Men's Book Group

Edinburgh Trans Women
A support group for male to female transsexual women. The group is aimed at transsexual women at any stage of transition or woman who are transgendered and live as women full-time or part-time. The group meets on the first Saturday of the month from 7.30-9.30pm. We also organise social events with visits to bars, restaurants and plan other activities according to members' interests. Film Club
Edinburgh's first LGBT Film Club. The club will meet every other Friday, 6:30-9:30pm, at the Centre at 9 Howe Street, Edinburgh. A wide selection of documentaries, short films and full-length movies with an LGBT twist will be screened for your viewing pleasure, from old classics to arty new ones. The club is open to anyone with a keen interest in films who wants to meet in a safe, welcoming environment. All screenings are subject to a small donation. Police Surgery
Surgeries are held at the Centre on the first Monday of the month during the Hub drop-in session, from 6.30-7.30pm. The aim of these sessions is to give you a chance to seek advice, raise any concerns you have around safety issues, report incidents, or make any comments on policing in your area in a friendly informal setting. .
You can also use this session, and all of our drop-in sessions to make remote reports of any incidents. This provides you with an anonymous way to report of to give information to help the police fight hate crimes.

ShuttleScots

Trans Men Scotland
A support group for all female to male transgender people. If you are exploring your gender identity, thinking about gender transition, living long term and want to meet other trans guys then come along, or get in touch. T Time
An informal social for all transgender people, partners, family and friends on the 3rd Saturday of every month from 1-5pm. Drop in and have a chat in a friendly relaxed environment – there’s also space to change. There will also be an opportunity to take part in free monthly workshops. Women's Football
Women's Football Group. Aimed at the LGBT community, this new group kicks off on Wednesdays 7-8pm at Gracemount Leisure Centre, EH16 6RN. For anyone wanting to get fit, active and generally kick a ball around, this is a great opportunity for women of any age and any ability to play football in a welcoming and friendly environment.
